Airstream has unveiled an updated interior for two of its popular travel trailers, the Flying Cloud and International, for 2021.
Both interior updates come with different refreshed aesthetic themes, but similar upgraded interior components, such as new overhead cabinets and faucets.
The Flying Cloud specifically has 14 floor plans that allow the travel trailer to sleep between six to eight people at varying build lengths. According to Airstream, it's the company's most popular travel trailer.
It's 2021 refresh comes in the form of a new decor theme, the Sunlit Maple, in an effort to "modernize" the trailer, according to its maker.
Like the Flying Cloud, the International has several (12) floor plans of varying trailer lengths that allows the build to sleep up to six people. But according to an Airstream video tour, the International is an "upgrade" from the Flying Cloud.
The International — which Airstream says is the first self-contained travel trailer to have ever been built — received an aesthetic refresh named Costal Cove.
However, the interior update isn't the only component of the travel trailer that received a name change. There were originally two International interior designs: the Serenity and Signature. Last year, Airstream decided to retire the Signature name, and this year, the company made the same decision with Serenity.
Now, there's only one International travel trailer with a Costal Cove interior.
The interior design of the International was created to bring a sense of nature and relaxation to the travel trailer, according to Airstream.
The International's Coastal Cove interior refresh includes two new Ultraleather upholstery color choices: the light blue Aqua and light grey Seashell.
The exterior has also been updated to include a standard powered awning.
Unlike the International's new nature theme, the updated Flying Cloud is meant to convey a sense of airiness and openness, according to Airstream.
Flying Cloud customers have the option to pick between two Ultraleather fabrics for the trailer's upholstery: the light Carolina Clay or darker Seattle Mist.
Not much of the Flying Cloud's exterior components have been refreshed, besides a new optional lighter colored manual awning and tankless water heater.
Despite the name and color differences, there are many similarities between the specific interior upgrades of the Flying Cloud and International.
Both the Flying Cloud and the International's updated interiors include new decor, flooring, finishes, countertops, and fabrics ...
... as well as new faucets in the bathroom and kitchen, specifically a pull-down in the latter ...
... and new circle sinks that replace the former square-shaped ones.
The windows for both the Flying Cloud and International now also come with blackout curtains.
The overhead cabinets in both models have been upgraded as well. In the Flying Cloud, the cabinets are now glossy and cream-colored — instead of the wood grain of the previous years — to match the light airiness of the rest of the build.
Airstream also included soft close cabinet hinges for the 2021 Flying Cloud.
The overhead cabinets in the International have also been upgraded with a glossy finish.
Furthermore, several floor plans under both models have an updated galley that offers more storage and utility space than the previous model years.
Two of them specifically — the 25FB and 27FB for both models — now have the added bonus of an optional screen on the rear hatch for the 2021 model year as well.
But otherwise, many main components and amenities of both tiny 真人百家家乐网站homes on wheels remain the same, such as the inclusion of a bathroom, kitchen, sleeping spaces, and dining and lounge areas.
The Flying Cloud starts at $78,900, while the International has a MSRP of $91,900.
